Abstract
(EN) Techniques for channel selection in a shared communication medium are disclosed. A communication apparatus may include one or more transceivers, a processor, and memory coupled to the processor and configured to store data and/or instructions. The one or more transceivers may be configured to monitor signaling on a plurality of available channels associated with a communication medium. The processor may be configured to determine an interference level for each of the plurality of available channels based on the monitored signaling, determine that the interference level for each of the plurality of available channels is greater than a first threshold, determine whether a triggering condition is met, and select the first channel of the plurality of channels as an operating channel for a primary radio access technology based on the triggering condition being met, the first channel having an interference level that is greater than a second threshold.
(FR) L’invention concerne des techniques pour une sélection de canal dans un moyen de communication partagé. Un appareil de communication peut comprendre un ou plusieurs émetteurs-récepteurs, un processeur et une mémoire couplée au processeur et configurée pour stocker des données et/ou des instructions. Le ou les émetteurs-récepteurs peuvent être configurés pour surveiller une signalisation sur une pluralité de canaux disponibles associés à un moyen de communication. Le processeur peut être configuré pour déterminer un niveau de brouillage pour chacun de la pluralité de canaux disponibles sur la base de la signalisation surveillée, déterminer que le niveau de brouillage pour chacun de la pluralité de canaux disponibles est supérieur à un premier seuil, déterminer si une condition de déclenchement est ou non satisfaite, et sélectionner le premier canal parmi la pluralité de canaux comme canal de fonctionnement pour une technologie d’accès radio principale sur la base de la satisfaction de la condition de déclenchement, le premier canal ayant un niveau de brouillage qui est supérieur à un second seuil.
