Title: CONTINUOUS EXTRUSION PROCESSING TECHNIQUE OF ENVIRONMENTALLY-FRIENDLY BIOMASS MATERIAL
Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of degradable and environmentally-friendly biomass material and the related fields, and discloses a method of producing an environmentally-friendly biomass material via a continuous extrusion processing technique. The method comprises: splitting and breaking down a waste biomass fiber raw material, adding a small amount of potato starch and glycerol, stirring and mixing well, then heating via a water bath, next heating and extruding, at a certain frequency and a certain temperature and via a screw extruder or a piston or plunger extruder, to perform continuous extrusion molding via a die head, and drying and shaping to obtain a light and high-strength environmentally-friendly material. The method realizes continuous extrusion processing manufacturing of an environmentally-friendly biomass material, optimizes the manufacturing process to manufacture products having different cross sections, and saves manufacturing costs.
