Title: CONVEX-CONCAVE ARC GEAR MECHANISM USED FOR PARALLEL AXES TRANSMISSION
Abstract:
A convex-concave arc gear mechanism used for parallel axes transmission, said gear mechanism comprising a driving wheel and a driven wheel, the axes of the driving wheel and the driven wheel being parallel to each other to form a pair of transmission pair; the driving wheel is composed of convex gear teeth and a driving wheel body (4), wherein a convex gear tooth surface comprises a pair of outer convex arc tooth surfaces and a tooth top surface; the driven wheel consists of concave gear teeth and a driven wheel body (8), wherein a concave gear tooth surface comprises a pair of inner concave arc tooth surfaces and a tooth bottom surface; the meshing trace of the transmission pair in transmission is a space curve, and an arc tooth surface of the driving wheel and an arc tooth surface of the driven wheel are in convex arc and concave arc point contacts at a meshing point; and tooth shapes of the driving wheel and the driven wheel can be interchanged, that is, the driving wheel has concave gear teeth, and the driven wheel has convex gear teeth. The gear mechanism has high transmission ratio, high contact strength, high load bearing capacity, wide application range and easy machining, particularly suitable for application in the field of space-constrained micro-miniature machinery, micro-machinery and conventional machinery.
