Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a microcapsule material capable of reducing pollution containing polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) culturing mycobacterium gilvum CP13 in a bacteria culture liquid to obtain a bacterial broth, wherein the mycobacterium gilvum CP13 is stored in China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center (CGMCC) with a CGMCC number of CGMCC NO.7963; and (2) applying a calcium alginate and chitosan to encapsulate the bacterial broth in a microcapsule to produce a microcapsule material capable of reducing pollution containing polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. The microcapsule material can be used in bioremediation of industrial waste water containing polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and contaminated soil containing polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.
(FR) L'invention concerne matériau microcapsulaire pouvant réduire la pollution contenant des hydrocarbures aromatiques polycycliques et un procédé de préparation et une application correspondants. Le procédé de préparation comprend les étapes suivantes, consistant à : (1) cultiver la microbactérie gilvum CP13 dans un liquide de culture de bactéries afin d'obtenir un bouillon bactérien, la microbactérie gilvum CP13 étant stockée dans le China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center (CGMCC - Centre de Collection de Cultures Microbiologiques Générales de Chine) sous le numéro CGMCC NO. 7963; et (2) appliquer un alginate de calcium et du chitosane pour encapsuler le bouillon bactérien dans une microcapsule pour produire un matériau microcapsulaire pouvant réduire la pollution contenant des hydrocarbures aromatiques polycycliques. Le matériau microcapsulaire peut être utilisé dans la bioremédiation d'eaux usées industrielles contenant des hydrocarbures aromatiques polycycliques et de sols contaminés contenant des hydrocarbures aromatiques polycycliques.
