Title: COATING THICKNESS GAUGE PROBE
Abstract:
A coating thickness gauge probe comprises a movable arm (1) and a shell fixing device (14) corresponding to the movable arm, wherein two ends of the movable arm (1) are provided with an electromagnetic measurement end (2) and an eddy current measurement end (8) respectively; the movable arm (1) is in shafted connection with the shell fixing device (14); and the electromagnetic measurement end (2) and the eddy current measurement end (8) are respectively provided with a pressure sensor (19, 20) connected to a circuit board (6). A rebound self-locking device (15) is arranged between the movable arm (1) and the shell fixing device (14) and comprises a protrusion (13) arranged on the movable arm (1) and a groove (16) arranged on the shell fixing device (14), wherein the protrusion (13) can be locked by the groove (16), so that the movable arm (1) can be fixed. The probe can satisfy electromagnetic measurement requirements and eddy current measurement requirements. A first induction coil (4) and a second induction coil (11) are respectively arranged at two ends of the movable arm (1) and do not interfere with each other, so that measurement results are more accurate. In a measurement process, pressure between the probe and a measurement material can be adjusted according to a numerical value of the pressure sensors (19, 20), so that the pressure is stable, and the accuracy of the measurement results is ensured. The two ends of the movable arm (1) are further provided with elastic protective sleeves (12) for protecting the probe.
