Title: AMOLED REAL-TIME COMPENSATION SYSTEM
Abstract:
Disclosed is an AMOLED real-time compensation system. The system is provided with a source driver and a real-time detection and compensation integration module (2), in which first and second operational amplifiers (Y1, Y2) are arranged. A target voltage of a source electrode of a driving thin film transistor and an actual voltage of the source electrode of the driving thin film transistor respectively access positive and negative input ends of the first operational amplifier (Y1). An output end output is a difference value (ΔV) between the target voltage and the actual voltage of the source electrode of the driving thin film transistor. A threshold voltage deviation of a driving thin film transistor (T2) is detected in real time, and then the second operational amplifier (Y2) accumulates the difference value (ΔV) between the target voltage and the actual voltage of the source electrode of the driving thin film transistor, which are output by the output end of the first operational amplifier (Y1), onto a data signal (data) voltage, and the threshold voltage deviation of the driving thin film transistor (T2) is compensated in real time, so that real-time measurement of and real-time compensation for each pixel unit are implemented, and data signals (data) of all the grey scales can be effectively compensated.
