Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for obtaining surgical guides for odontological implants. The method begins with the production of a mould of the patient's arch; next, the referral of the patient and of this mould for separate production of two CT images, mapping the entire bone structure of the patient's face and dentition; the digitized images from the CT examination are recorded in an electronic file that will be used by three-dimensional software, the objective of which is, by means of the analysis of the three-dimensional images obtained (mapping of the patient's face and image taken from the mould of the patient's dental arch), to produce the surgical guide; using the optimum surgical plan found, a surgical guide is created that will be perfectly adapted to the patient's mouth, same comprising the devices that will guide the fastening of the osseointegration pins. With the surgical guide in position, the implants are fastened without the need for any incision, since the screws are inserted in a small bore in the gum.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé d'obtention de guides chirurgicaux pour implants odontologiques. Le procédé consiste d'abord à réaliser un moulage de l'arcade du patient, à acheminer le patient et ce moulage en vue de la réalisation, de manière isolée, de deux tomographies par ordinateur, de manière à cartographier toute la structure osseuse faciale et dentaire du patient, à enregistrer les images numérisée au cours de l'examen de tomographie par ordinateur dans un dossier électronique appelé à être utilisé par un logiciel tridimensionnel, dont l'objectif est de produire le guide chirurgical par analyse des images tridimensionnelles obtenues (cartographie faciale du patient et image extraite du moulage de son arcade dentaire), et, selon le meilleur plan chirurgical vérifié, à créer un guide chirurgical s'adaptant parfaitement à la bouche du patient, et comprenant lui-même les dispositifs destinés à orienter la fixation des broches ostéointégrables. Lorsque le guide chirurgical est mis en place, les implants sont fixés sans nécessité de pratique une incision, les vis traversant un petit orifice d'entrée de la gencive.
(PT) A presente invenção trata-se de um processo para obtenção de guias cirúrgicos para implantes odontológicos. O processo inicia-se pela realização de uma moldagem da arcada do paciente; segue o encaminhamento do paciente e desta moldagem para realização isoladamente de duas tomografias computadorizadas, mapeando toda a estrutura óssea facial e dentária do paciente; as imagens digitalizadas pelo exame de tomografia computadorizada são gravadas em um arquivo eletrônico que será utilizado por um software tridimensional, cujo objetivo é, por meio, da análise das imagens tridimensionais obtidas (mapeamento facial do paciente e imagem extraída do molde da sua arcada dentária) produzir o Guia Cirúrgico; diante do melhor plano cirúrgico verificado, é criado um Guia Cirúrgico que irá se adaptar perfeitamente à boca do paciente, onde o próprio contém os dispositivos que irão orientar a fixação dos pinos osseosintegráveis. Estando o Guia Cirúrgico em posição, os implantes são fixados sem a necessidade de nenhum corte, pois os parafusos passam por um pequeno furo de entrada da gengiva.
