Abstract:
(EN) A method of making a multi-layered film includes depositing thin film layers onto a first side of a double-sided transparent substrate. The thin film layers are transparent, and two adjacent layers of said plurality of thin film layers have different refractive indices. One or more absorbers are deposited at an interface formed between two of the thin film layers that are adjacent to one another, or formed by the first side of the substrate and one of the thin film layers. The absorbers absorb selected wavelengths of incident light and reflect part of the incident light after inducing a phase shift. The location of the interface is selected to provide desired wavelengths of absorbed and reflected light. The multi-layered film has a first appearance when viewed from the first side of the substrate and a second appearance when viewed from the second side of the substrate.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un film à couches multiples consistant à déposer des couches de film mince sur un premier côté d'un substrat transparent double face. Les couches de film mince sont transparentes, et deux couches adjacentes de ladite pluralité de couches de film mince présentent des indices de réfraction différents. Un ou plusieurs absorbeurs sont déposés au niveau d'une interface formée entre deux des couches de film mince qui sont adjacentes l'une à l'autre, ou formée par le premier côté du substrat et l'une des couches de film mince. Les absorbeurs absorbent des longueurs d'onde sélectionnées de la lumière incidente et réfléchissent une partie de la lumière incidente après l'induction d'un décalage de phase. L'emplacement de l'interface est sélectionné pour fournir les longueurs d'onde souhaitées de lumière absorbée et réfléchie. Le film à couches multiples présente un premier aspect lorsqu'il est vu depuis le premier côté du substrat et un second aspect lorsqu'il est vu depuis le second côté du substrat.
