Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to, among other things, polymer strands, probes, compositions, methods, and kits for enabling accurate and robust enzyme- and amplification-free detection of DNA and RNA with single base resolution (e.g., detection of a single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP), an insertion, and a deletion). The compositions, methods, and kits may further provide simultaneous detection of DNA and/or RNA and protein targets.
