Abstract:
(EN) An electronic control unit for adaptive cruise control of a vehicle, comprises an interface operable to receive data from a plurality of sensors and a training module operable to analyze the data and determine a first set of parameters for a first performance mode of the adaptive cruise control system. The first set of parameters is learned based upon the received data. A reading module is operable to read a recorded second set of parameters for a second performance mode, wherein the second set of parameters are read from the received data. A comparison module is operable to select one of the first performance mode and the second performance mode and a controller is operable to receive the set of parameters associated with the selected performance mode, wherein the controller determines desired vehicle actions based on the received set of parameters and send instructions to implement the desired vehicle actions.
(FR) L'invention concerne une unité de commande électronique, pour un régulateur de vitesse automatique adaptatif d'un véhicule, qui comprend une interface servant à recevoir des données d'une pluralité de capteurs et un module d'apprentissage servant à analyser les données et à déterminer un premier ensemble de paramètres pour un premier mode de fonctionnement du système de régulateur de vitesse automatique adaptatif. Le premier ensemble de paramètres est appris sur la base des données reçues. Un module de lecture permet de lire un second ensemble de paramètres enregistré pour un second mode de fonctionnement, le second ensemble de paramètres étant lu à partir des données reçues. Un module de comparaison permet de sélectionner l'un du premier mode de fonctionnement et du second mode de fonctionnement, et un dispositif de commande permet de recevoir l'ensemble de paramètres associés au mode de fonctionnement sélectionné, le dispositif de commande déterminant les actions souhaitées du véhicule sur la base de l'ensemble de paramètres reçu et envoyant des instructions pour mettre en œuvre les actions souhaitées du véhicule.
