Abstract:
(EN) A food preparation device may include at least two energy sources, a chamber into which at least two types of energy are providable via the at least two energy sources, and a cooking controller operably coupled to the at least two energy sources to selectively distribute power to respective ones of the at least two energy sources. The at least two energy sources may include a radio frequency (RF) capacitive heating source and a cold air source.
(FR) Un dispositif de préparation d'aliments peut comprendre au moins deux sources d'énergie, une chambre dans laquelle au moins deux types d'énergie peuvent être fournis par l'intermédiaire desdites deux sources d'énergie, et un dispositif de commande de cuisson couplé de manière fonctionnelle auxdites deux sources d'énergie en vue de distribuer sélectivement de l'énergie auxdites sources d'énergie respectives parmi lesdites deux sources d'énergie. Lesdites deux sources d'énergie peuvent comprendre une source de chauffage capacitif fréquence radio (RF) et une source d'air froid.
