Abstract:
(EN) The performance of oil/and or gas well drilling equipment is measured by: - input and output performance sensor assemblies that monitor associated equipment input and output performance characteristics; and - alerting an operator if there is an anomaly between the monitored input and output performance characteristics; and wherein furthermore electric or hydraulic power input characteristics supplied to drilling equipment, such as a mud pump, drill string hoist and top drive are compared with delivered output characteristics, such as mud flux, drill string weight and rotation to alert an operator if there is an anomaly between the measured input and output characteristics.
(FR) Les performances d'un équipement de forage de puits pétrolier et/ou gazier sont mesurées par : - des ensembles de capteurs de performances d'entrée et de sortie qui surveillent les caractéristiques de performances d'entrée et de sortie d'équipement associées ; et - une alerte envoyée à un opérateur s'il y a une anomalie entre les caractéristiques de performances d'entrée et de sortie surveillées ; et les caractéristiques d'entrée de puissance électrique ou hydraulique fournie à un équipement de forage, tel qu'une pompe à boue, un treuil d'extraction de train de tiges et un mécanisme d'entraînement supérieur, étant en outre comparées avec des caractéristiques de sortie délivrées, telles que le flux de boue, le poids et la rotation du train de tiges, pour alerter un opérateur s'il y a une anomalie entre les caractéristiques d'entrée et de sortie mesurées.
