Abstract:
(EN) A flow sensor sub-assembly for sensing flow of a fluidic medicament is disclosed. The flow sensor sub-assembly includes a first spring contact and a second spring contact. The spring contacts are secured to a base that has a circuit for conducting an electrical signal to and from the spring contacts to a microprocessor. The first spring contact is in electrical communication with a first piezo element and the second spring contact is in electrical communication with a second piezo element. The first spring contact has a first contact force against the first piezo element and the second spring contact has a second contact force against the second piezo element, and the first and second contact forces are equivalent. A circuit board for interfacing to a flow sensor having a plurality of piezo elements for transmitting a flow signal indicative of flow of fluidic medicament is also disclosed.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un sous-ensemble capteur de flux conçu pour détecter un flux d'un médicament liquide. Le sous-ensemble capteur de flux contient des premier et second contacts à ressort. Les contacts à ressort sont fixés à une base qui comporte un circuit permettant de diriger un signal électrique des contacts à ressort à un microprocesseur et inversement. Le premier contact à ressort est en communication électrique avec un premier élément piézo-électrique. Le second contact à ressort est en communication électrique avec un second élément piézo-électrique. Le premier contact à ressort exerce une première force de contact contre le premier élément piézo-électrique. Le second contact à ressort exerce une seconde force de contact contre le second élément piézo-électrique. Les première et seconde forces de contact sont équivalentes. La présente invention concerne également une carte à circuits imprimés conçue pour établir une interface avec un capteur de flux comportant une pluralité d'éléments piézo-électriques destinés à émettre un signal de flux indiquant un flux d'un médicament liquide.
