Abstract:
(EN) A switch (100) and a method of manufacturing the switch are provided. In one embodiment, the switch (100) includes a button (110); a membrane (120) located beneath the button; a first elastic member (130) and a second elastic member (140) that are located between the button and the membrane. The membrane is activated upon being deformed in a first direction by the second elastic member to a predefined extent. The first elastic member is operable to be deformed in response to a force applied on the button in the first direction, and to prevent the second elastic member from contacting with the membrane until magnitude of the force exceeds a threshold. The switch provides a quickly responsive yet durable input mechanism and allows for a smooth typing experience. A keyboard is also provided.
(FR) L'invention concerne un interrupteur (100) et son procédé de fabrication. Dans un mode de réalisation, l'interrupteur (100) comprend un bouton (110); une membrane (120) située au-dessous du bouton; et un premier élément élastique (130) et un second élément élastique (140) qui sont situés entre le bouton et la membrane. La membrane est activée lorsqu'elle est déformée dans une première direction par le second élément élastique dans une mesure prédéfinie. Le premier élément élastique est utilisable pour se déformer en réponse à une force appliquée sur le bouton dans la première direction, et pour empêcher le second élément élastique de venir en contact avec la membrane jusqu'à ce que l'amplitude de la force dépasse un seuil.
