Abstract:
(EN) The disclosure relates to methods for measuring levels of 25(OH)vitamin D (250HD) in a mammalian fluid sample. The disclosure further relates to kits for measuring levels of 25(QH)vitamin D (250HD) in a mammalian fluid, the procedure comprising the step of release of the vitamin D from the serum binding protein (DBP), capturing of the released analyte by a specific antibody and competitive assay of the captured vitamin D against a conjugate between the vitamin D and a tracer. The observed signal is inversely proportional to vitamin D concentration.
(FR) La présente invention concerne des procédés de mesure des teneurs en 25(OH)vitamine D (25OHD) dans un échantillon de fluide de mammifère. La présente invention concerne en outre des kits de mesure des teneurs en 25(OH)vitamine D (25OHD) dans un fluide de mammifère, le procédé comprenant l'étape de libération de la vitamine D de la protéine de liaison (DBP) sérique, la capture de l'analyte libéré par un anticorps spécifique et le dosage compétitif de la vitamine D capturée contre un conjugué entre la vitamine D et un traceur. Le signal observé est inversement proportionnel à la concentration de vitamine D.
