Title: AUTOMATIC COOKING METHOD FOR AUTOMATIC COOKING DEVICE, AND OVERHEATING PREVENTION METHOD THEREFOR
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an automatic cooking method for an automatic cooking device having a stirring and grinding means, the automatic cooking method comprising: a first cooking step for cooking introduced ingredients for a first set time period by stirring the same with the stirring and grinding means at a first set speed while increasing and maintaining the temperature of the introduced ingredients in a cooking container up to a set temperature; and a second cooking step for grinding the cooked ingredients for a second set time period while naturally cooling and macerating the ingredients which have been cooked during the first cooking step for the first set time period. The automatic cooking method according to the present invention has advantages of preventing generation of bubbles and preventing ingredients from being scorched or burnt by continuously stirring food ingredients, and enhancing flavor of food by more evenly mixing the ingredients. In addition, the present invention has advantages of enabling cooking of various dishes, separating preparation of ingredients, and additional stirring and grinding.
