Abstract:
The present invention relates to a biomaterial for an LED device and a white light emitting diode (LED) device using the same. The present invention can provide: an eco-friendly biomaterial for an LED device, the biomaterial containing no harmful substances by containing red, green, and yellow fluorescence proteins, composed of an organic material, at a predetermined ratio; a method for preparing the same; and a white LED device.
