Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a super absorbent polymer fiber, comprising the steps of: manufacturing a neutralization solution by dissolving a water-soluble ethylene-based unsaturated monomer in an aqueous sodium hydroxide solution; adding a crosslinking agent to the neutralization solution and stirring the same so as to prepare a spinning solution; and injecting the spinning solution into a spinneret, carrying out centrifugal spinning, and then drying the same, and to a super absorbent polymer fiber which, as a novel form of a fiber prepared therefrom having a super absorbent polymer function, has flexibility, thereby being applicable to various fields.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une fibre en polymère superabsorbant, comprenant les étapes suivantes : fabrication d'une solution de neutralisation par dissolution d'un monomère insaturé à base d'éthylène soluble dans l'eau dans une solution aqueuse d'hydroxyde de sodium ; ajout d'un agent de réticulation à la solution de neutralisation et agitation de celle-ci de manière à préparer une solution de filage ; et injection de la solution de filage dans une filière, mise en œuvre d'un filage centrifuge, puis séchage de celle-ci. L'invention concerne également une fibre en polymère superabsorbant qui, en tant que forme nouvelle d'une fibre préparée à partir de celui-ci ayant une fonction de polymère superabsorbant, est flexible, ce qui la rend applicable à divers domaines.
(KO) 본 발명은 수산화나트륨 수용액에 수용성 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체를 용해시켜 중화용액을 제조하는 단계, 상기 중화용액에 가교제를 첨가하여 교반시켜 방사용액을 제조하는 단계, 및 상기 방사용액을 방사 구금에 넣어 원심방사한 후 건조하는 단계를 포함하는 고흡수성 수지 섬유의 제조방법 및 이로부터 제조된 고흡수성 수지 기능을 갖는 새로운 형태의 섬유로 유연성을 갖기 때문에 적용 범위가 다양한 고흡수성 수지 섬유에 관한 것이다.
