(EN) The present invention relates to a flexible ablation mechanism and, more particularly, to an ablation mechanism configured to supply a high-frequency current to an ablation tip, which is drawn out of an electrode unit, thereby ablating a lesion by high-frequency waves, wherein, as the ablation tip is drawn out of the electrode unit during use by a drawing in/out means in a variable manner, the same is drawn out while maintaining a shape that gradually bends more in a stepwise manner, and, when drawn into the electrode unit by the drawing in/out means after use, the ablation tip is drawn therein while maintaining a shape that becomes closer to a straight line from the bent shape in reverse. The present invention is advantageous in that the ablation mechanism can be inserted into the position of the lesion, which is to be ablated, with no difficulty from the beginning, and, even when the ablation tip needs to pass through a curved passage to reach the position of the lesion, the ablation tip, which is drawn out while bending, can pass through the same with no problem.
(FR) L'invention concerne un mécanisme d'ablation souple et, plus particulièrement, un mécanisme d'ablation conçu pour fournir un courant haute fréquence à une pointe d'ablation qui s'extrait d'une unité d'électrode pour effectuer l'ablation d'une lésion par ondes haute fréquence. Pendant l'utilisation, la pointe d'ablation s'extrait de l'unité d'électrode de manière variable par un moyen d'insertion/extraction, tout en maintenant une forme cintrée à courbure progressive. Après utilisation, la pointe d'ablation s'insère en sens inverse dans l'unité d'électrode par le moyen d'insertion/extraction, tout en maintenant une forme qui, à partir de la forme cintrée, se rapproche davantage d'une ligne droite. Le mécanisme d'ablation de l'invention est avantageux en ce qu'il peut, dès le début, s'insérer sans difficulté dans l'emplacement de la lésion soumise ablation, et même lorsqu'elle doit passer à travers un passage incurvé pour atteindre l'emplacement de la lésion, la pointe d'ablation le fait sans difficulté en étant extraite dans sa forme cintrée.
(KO) 본 발명은 신축적 소작기구에 관한 것으로서, 전극부로부터 인출되는 소작 팁에 고주파 전류를 공급하여 고주파에 의해 병변을 소작하는 소작기구에 있어서, 상기 소작 팁은 가변형으로 인출입 수단에 의해 사용 중 전극부로터 인출되면서 단계별로 점점 더 굴곡진 형태를 유지하면서 인출되고, 사용 후 상기 인출입 수단에 의해 전극부로 인입할 때에는 반대로 굴곡진 형태에서 점점 더 직선형태를 유지하면서 인입하도록 한 것이며, 소작술이 시행되는 병변 위치까지 처음부터 무난하게 소작기구를 삽입할 수 있고 병변 위치까지 구부러진 통로를 통과해야 할 때도 굴곡지면서 인출되는 소작 팁에 의해 문제없이 통과할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
