Title: IN VITRO DIAGNOSIS METHOD ON THE BASIS OF NANOPARTICLES WITH MINIMIZED NON-SPECIFIC BINDING AND REACTION CONTAINER
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an in vitro diagnosis method on the basis of nanoparticles with minimized non-specific binding, wherein a sample substrate is overturned to be mounted on a reaction container, and during the reaction, the reaction container is repeatedly overturned or the flow of a solution is maintained, thereby compensating for the mobility of a biological reaction material by nanoparticles and minimizing the non-specific binding by precipitation. Therefore, the diagnosis with excellent accuracy can be performed even at low costs in a short time.
