Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a learning tool having a straight flexible tube. The present invention provides a learning tool having a straight flexible tube, comprising: a straight tool connecting member (100) comprising a wrinkled tube (110), which is fabricated according to a predetermined specification in the shape of a circular pipe using a polypropylene (PP) material, and which has multiple winkles formed thereon to have a flexible function such that the same can bend freely in a 360° angular direction, and a pair of fastening tubes (120), which are connected to and integrated with both ends of the wrinkled tube, respectively, and to which a connecting member is fastened such that, when a learning tool is fabricated, the overall shape of the tool is formed; and a connecting member (200) comprising a pair of conical connectors (210) for connecting the straight tool connecting member (100) as a whole, the pair of conical connectors (210) being made of one selected from elastic rubber and synthetic resin and being bonded into a circular pipe of the connecting member (200) using an adhesive together with the pair of fastening tubes (120), the connecting member (200) comprising, at the center thereof, a circular flange (211) provided so as to distinguish the boundary between the straight tool connecting member and the connecting member and fastening portions (212) provided on the left and right sides, about the circular flange, respectively, threads being formed on the fastening members (212), such that the straight tool connecting member and the connecting member can be mounted/detached, the fastening portions having cones (213) provided such that the pair of conical connectors (210) can be easily inserted into the straight tool connecting member (100) and the connecting member (200) and markings (220) provided to indicate lengths ranging from a mm unit to a cm unit such that, when a learning tool is fabricated, the user can predict the size of the tool. The present invention has unique advantages in that, since bending is free in the 360° angular direction, it is possible to manufacture a learning tool in various contours/shapes desired by the user, and interest in mathematics and learning effects related to various figures can be multiplied.
(FR) L'invention concerne un outil d'apprentissage comprenant un tube flexible droit. L’invention concerne un outil d'apprentissage avec un tube flexible droit comprenant : un élément de liaison d’outil droit (100) comprenant un tube plissé (110), qui est fabriqué selon une spécification prédéterminée sous la forme d'un tuyau circulaire en utilisant du polypropylène (PP) et sur lequel sont formés plusieurs plis afin de lui donner une fonction flexible lui permettant de se plier librement dans une direction angulaire de 360°, et une paire de tubes de fixation (120), qui sont reliés et intégrés respectivement aux deux extrémités du tube plissé et auxquels un élément de liaison est fixé de façon à obtenir la forme globale d’un outil d'apprentissage lors de sa fabrication ; et un élément de liaison (200) comprenant une paire de connecteurs coniques (210) pour connecter l’élément de liaison de l'outil droit (100) dans son intégralité, la paire de connecteurs coniques (210) étant conçue dans un caoutchouc élastique ou une résine synthétique et étant reliée à un tuyau circulaire de l'élément de liaison (200) en utilisant un adhésif avec la paire de tubes de fixation (120), l'élément de liaison (200) comprenant en son centre une bride circulaire (211) prévue pour distinguer la limite entre l'élément de liaison de l'outil droit, l’élément de liaison et les parties de fixation (212) prévues respectivement sur les côtés gauche et droit autour de la bride circulaire, des filets étant formés sur les éléments de fixation (212) de façon à pouvoir monter/détacher l'élément de liaison de l’outil droit et l'élément de liaison, les parties de fixation comportant des cônes (213) de façon à pouvoir insérer facilement la paire de connecteurs coniques (210) dans l’élément de connexion de l’outil droit (100), l'élément de connexion (200) et les marquages (220) prévus pour indiquer les longueurs comprises entre une unité de mm et une unité de cm pour permettre à l’utilisateur de prédire la taille d’un outil d'apprentissage lors de sa fabrication. L’invention offre des avantages uniques car la courbure est libre dans la direction angulaire de 360°, ce qui permet de fabriquer un outil d'apprentissage dans les différents contours et différentes formes souhaités par l'utilisateur, et de multiplier l’intérêt pour les mathématiques et les effets d'apprentissage liés aux différentes figures.
(KO) 본 발명은 일자형 플렉시블관을 갖는 학습용 교구에 관한 것으로, 폴리프로필렌(Polypropylene, PP) 재질을 사용하여 원형 파이프 형상의 일정한 규격으로 제작하되, 360°각도 방향으로 구부림이 자유로운 플렉시블(Flexible) 기능을 갖는 다수개의 주름이 형성되는 주름관(110)과 상기 주름관의 양단에 각각 연결되어 일체화되며, 학습용 교구 제작 시 교구 전체의 모양을 형성시키기 위한 연결부재를 체결시키는 한 쌍의 체결관(120)을 갖는 일자형 교구 연결부재(100)와; 상기 일자형 교구 연결부재(100)를 하나로 연결시키기 위한 한 쌍의 원추형 커넥터(210)를 구비하되, 상기 한 쌍의 원추형 커넥터(210)는 탄성고무 또는 합성수지 중에서 어느 하나가 선택되며, 상기 한 쌍의 체결관(120)과 연결부재(200)의 원형 파이프 내부에 접착제로 본딩(Bonding)되고, 중앙에는 상기 일자형 교구 연결부재와 연결부재의 경계를 구분 짓는 원형 플랜지(211)와 상기 원형 플랜지를 중심으로 좌우에 상기 일자형 교구 연결부재와 연결부재를 탈ㆍ장착시키기 위한 나사산이 형성된 체결부(212)와 상기 체결부에는 상기 한 쌍의 원추형 커넥터(210)를 상기 일자형 교구 연결부재(100)와 상기 연결부재(200)에 용이하게 인서트(혹은 삽입) 하기 위한 원추(213) 및 학습용 교구 제작 시 사용자가 교구의 사이즈를 예측할 수 있도록 mm 단위에서 cm 단위까지 길이를 나타내는 눈금(220)이 표시되는 연결부재(200)가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 일자형 플렉시블관을 갖는 학습용 교구를 제공함으로써, 360°각도 방향으로 구부림이 자유롭기 때문에 사용자가 원하는 다양한 모양ㆍ형상의 학습용 교구 제작이 가능하여 수학에 대한 흥미와 각종 도형에 대한 학습효과를 배가할 수 있는 독특한 효과가 있다.
