Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a hydrogel composition containing: a polyrotaxane or Pseudopolyrotaxane (PPRX)-structured macromolecular hydrogel; and a bone formation promoting drug. The polyrotaxane or Pseudopolyrotaxane-structured macromolecule-based hydrogel composition according to the present invention improves the water solubility of a bone formation promoting compound capsulated in the hydrogel, thereby sustainedly releasing the bone formation promoting compound for a long period of time. Especially, in the hydrogel composition containing a bone formation promoting compound capsulated in the hydrogel in a form of an inclusion complex, the bone formation promoting compound is promptly released and the new bone formation is promoted. Therefore, the macromolecule-based hydrogel composition according to the present invention can be used as a biocompatible scaffold for bone tissue regeneration.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une composition d'hydrogel contenant : un hydrogel macromoléculaire à structure de polyrotaxane ou pseudopolyrotaxane (PPRX); et un médicament favorisant la formation osseuse. La composition d'hydrogel à base de macromolécule à structure de polyrotaxane ou pseudopolyrotaxane, selon la présente invention, améliore la solubilité dans l'eau d'un composé favorisant la formation osseuse encapsulé dans l'hydrogel, en libérant ainsi de manière prolongée le composé favorisant la formation osseuse pendant une longue période de temps. En particulier, dans la composition d'hydrogel contenant un composé favorisant la formation osseuse encapsulé dans un hydrogel sous la forme d'un complexe d'inclusion, le composé favorisant la formation osseuse est libéré rapidement et la nouvelle formation osseuse est favorisée. Par conséquent, la composition d'hydrogel à base de macromolécule selon la présente invention peut être utilisée comme échafaudage biocompatible pour la régénération de tissu osseux.
(KO) 본 발명은 폴리로탁산 또는 유사폴리로탁산(Pseudopolyrotaxane, PPRX) 구조의 거대분자 하이드로겔 및 골 형성 촉진 약물을 포함하는 하이드로겔 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 폴리로탁산 또는 유사폴리로탁산 구조의 거대분자 기반 하이드로겔 조성물은 하이드로겔에 캡슐화된 골 형성 촉진 화합물의 수 용해도를 개선시켜 골 형성 촉진 화합물을 장기간 지속적으로 방출할 수 있다. 특히, 골 형성 촉진 화합물이 포접 복합체의 형태로 하이드로겔에 캡슐화된 하이드로겔 조성물에서는 골 형성 촉진 화합물이 빠르게 방출되고 신생골 형성이 증진된다. 따라서, 본 발명에 따른 거대분자 기반 하이드로겔 조성물은 골 조직 재생을 위한 생체 친화적 스캐폴드로 사용될 수 있다.
