Abstract:
(EN) A sample pretreatment system and a control method therefor are disclosed. The sample pretreatment system and control method therefor according to the present invention minimize errors which may occur when an operator personally and manually proceeds, can secure the accuracy and uniformity of pretreatment and test results of a sample, and can provide a user-friendly testing environment as well as facilitating the convenience of work by simply carrying out the mixing and discharge of the sample. In addition, the present invention can uniformly maintain and control the pressure within a chamber so as to prevent the sample from bursting out in case of a drastic pressure change in the chamber, increases heat transfer to the sample accommodated in the chamber, thereby heats to a desired temperature within a short time, and thus can increase the mixing and reaction efficiency of the sample. Further, the present invention increases the mixing effect of the sample using a magnetic force, can minimize mechanical driving, and can discharge the sample in a fixed quantity after the pretreatment of the sample.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système de prétraitement d'un échantillon et son procédé de contrôle. Le système de prétraitement d'un échantillon et son procédé de contrôle selon l'invention réduisent au minimum les erreurs susceptibles de se produire quand un opérateur procède personnellement et manuellement, peuvent garantir la précision et l'uniformité du prétraitement et des résultats des tests d'un échantillon et peuvent créer un environnement de tests convivial et faciliter la praticité du travail en procédant de manière simple au mélange et à l'évacuation de l'échantillon. De plus, l'invention peut maintenir et contrôler uniformément la pression dans une chambre de façon à prévenir tout risque d'éclatement de l'échantillon, même en cas de très forte variation de pression dans la chambre, accroître le transfert de chaleur à l'échantillon se trouvant dans la chambre, chauffant ainsi l'échantillon jusqu'à la température recherchée en un court laps de temps, et améliorant ainsi les efficacités de mélange et de réaction de l'échantillon. L'invention accroît, en outre, l'effet de mélange de l'échantillon en utilisant une force magnétique, peut réduire au minimum l'entraînement mécanique, et peut décharger l'échantillon en une quantité fixe après son prétraitement.
(KO) 샘플 전처리 시스템 및 그 제어방법이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 샘플 전처리 시스템 및 그 제어방법은 작업자가 직접 수작업으로 진행하는 경우에 발생할 수 있는 오류를 최소화하고, 샘플의 전처리 및 테스트 결과에 있어서 그 정확성과 균일성을 확보할 수 있으며, 샘플의 혼합과 배출을 간편하게 수행함으로써 작업의 편의성을 높이고 사용자 친화적인 실험환경을 제공할 수 있다. 그리고 챔버 내의 급격한 압력 변화에도 샘플이 터져 나오는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 챔버 내 압력을 균일하게 유지 및 조절할 수 있고, 챔버 내에 수용된 샘플에 대한 열전달력을 높임으로써 짧은 시간 내에 원하는 온도로 가열하여 샘플의 혼합 및 반응효율을 높일 수 있다. 또한, 자력을 이용하여 샘플의 믹싱 효과를 증가시키고 기계적인 구동을 최소화할 수 있으며, 샘플의 전처리 이후에 이를 정량 토출시킬 수 있다.
