Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a boring apparatus using a portable rock drill and, more specifically, comprises: a motor-driven body having a motor mounted therein so as to provide rotating power; a portable rock drill having a rock drilling rod mounted at the front of the motor-driven body so as to rotate integrally with the motor; a loading part including a loading plate on which the motor-driven body is loaded; and a driving force provision part including a cylinder in which a piston reciprocates in the longitudinal direction, and coupled to the lower part of the loading part, wherein the piston is connected to the loading plate such that the loading plate moves in the longitudinal direction by the driving of the piston. According to the present invention, the longitudinal driving force of the cylinder is provided to the portable rock drill such that a tunnel wall is mechanically hit without depending on manpower, and thus the operating time for excavating a tunnel having a small cross section is shortened, and construction costs are reduced.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil de forage utilisant une perforatrice portative et, plus particulièrement, comprend : un corps entraîné par moteur à l'intérieur duquel est monté un moteur de sorte à fournir une puissance de rotation ; une perforatrice portative comprenant une tige de forage de roches montée à l'avant du corps entraîné par moteur de sorte à tourner d'un seul tenant avec le moteur ; une partie de chargement comprenant une plaque de chargement sur laquelle est chargé le corps entraîné par moteur ; et une partie de fourniture de force d'entraînement comprenant un cylindre dans lequel un piston effectue un mouvement de va-et-vient dans la direction longitudinale, et accouplée à la partie inférieure de la partie de chargement, le piston étant relié à la plaque de chargement, de sorte que la plaque de chargement se déplace dans la direction longitudinale par l'entraînement du piston. Selon la présente invention, la force d'entraînement longitudinale du cylindre est fournie à la perforatrice portative de sorte qu'une paroi de tunnel soit heurtée mécaniquement sans dépendre de la main-d'œuvre, et, de ce fait, le temps d'exploitation pour l'excavation d'un tunnel ayant une petite section transversale est raccourci, et les coûts de construction sont réduits.
(KO) 발명은 휴대용 착암기를 이용한 천공장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 모터가 장착되어 회전력을 제공하는 모터구동몸체와, 상기 모터구동몸체의 전방에 장착되어 상기 모터와 일체로 회전되는 착암로드를 포함하는 휴대용 착암기와, 상기 모터구동몸체가 안착되는 안착플레이트를 포함하는 안착부와, 전후방향으로 피스톤이 왕복되는 실린더를 포함하여 상기 안착부의 하부에 결합되되, 상기 피스톤이 상기 안착플레이트와 연결되어 상기 피스톤의 구동에 의해 상기 안착플레이트가 전후방향으로 이동되는 구동력제공부를 포함하여 제공된다. 상기와 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 실린더의 전후 구동력이 휴대용 착암기로 제공되도록 하여 인력에 의존하지 않고 터널 벽면을 기계식으로 타격되어, 소단면 터널을 굴착하기 위한 작업시간을 단축시키고 공사비용을 절감할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
