Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a porous heat-resistant layer composition for a separation membrane for a battery, comprising: a crosslinkable binder selected from monomeric oligomers, polymers or mixtures thereof having at least one functional group; an inorganic particle surface-treated with a functional group capable of reacting with the crosslinkable binder; a polymerization initiator; and a solvent. Also, the present invention relates to a separation membrane and a lithium secondary battery comprising the same, the separation membrane comprising a porous substrate and a porous heat-resistant layer formed on one or both sides of the substrate, wherein the porous heat-resistant layer comprises a crosslinked structure binder and an inorganic particle, and the inorganic particle is surface-treated with a functional group and reacted with the crosslinked structure binder.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une composition de couche poreuse résistante à la chaleur pour une membrane de séparation pour une batterie, comprenant : un liant réticulable choisi parmi des oligomères de monomères, des polymères ou leurs mélanges ayant au moins un groupe fonctionnel ; une particule inorganique traitée en surface ayant un groupe fonctionnel pouvant réagir au liant réticulable ; un initiateur de polymérisation ; et un solvant. De plus, la présente invention concerne une membrane de séparation et une batterie secondaire au lithium la comprenant, la membrane de séparation comprenant un substrat poreux et une couche poreuse résistante à la chaleur formée sur l'une et/ou l'autre face du substrat, la couche poreuse résistante à la chaleur comprenant un liant de structure réticulé et une particule inorganique et la particule inorganique est traitée en surface ayant un groupe fonctionnel et mise en réaction avec le liant de structure réticulé.
(KO) 본 발명은 1개 이상의 관능기를 갖는 모노머 올리고머, 폴리머 또는 이들의 혼합물에서 선택되는 가교성 바인더; 상기 가교성 바인더와 반응할 수 있는 관능기로 표면처리된 무기입자; 중합개시제 및 용매를 포함하는, 전지용 분리막의 다공성 내열층 조성물에 관한 것이다. 또한 본 발명은 다공성 기재 및 상기 기재의 일면 혹은 양면에 형성된 다공성 내열층을 포함하고, 상기 다공성 내열층은 가교 구조 바인더 및 무기입자를 포함하며, 상기 무기입자는 관능기로 표면처리되어 상기 가교 구조 바인더와 반응한 것인 분리막 및 이를 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지에 관한 것이다.
