Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a roller module having a magnetic bearing and a permanent magnet portion and, more particularly, to a roller module having a magnetic bearing and a permanent magnet portion, wherein not only a radial magnetic bearing (300) and a thrust magnetic bearing (500) are provided in the radial direction and the axial direction of a roller (100), respectively, but a permanent magnet portion (400) is additionally provided on the upper portion of the roller (100) such that not only the radial and axial loads of the roller (100) can be supported, but the self-weight of the roller (100) can be supported even when no electric current flows, thereby minimizing the vibration error of the roller (100).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un module de rouleau comportant un palier magnétique et une partie d'aimant permanent et plus particulièrement un module de rouleau ayant un palier magnétique et une partie d'aimant permanent, dans lequel non seulement un palier magnétique radial (300) et un palier magnétique de butée (500) sont prévus respectivement dans la direction radiale et dans la direction axiale d'un rouleau (100), mais une partie d'aimant permanent (400) est en outre prévue sur la partie supérieure du rouleau (100) de telle sorte que, non seulement les charges radiales et axiales du rouleau (100) peuvent être supportées, mais le propre poids du rouleau (100) peut être supporté, même en l'absence de courant électrique, minimisant ainsi l'erreur de vibration du rouleau (100).
(KO) 본 발명은 자기베어링 및 영구자석부가 구비된 롤러모듈에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 롤러(100)의 반경방향 및 축방향에 레이디얼 자기베어링(300) 및 스러스트 자기베어링(500)이 구비됨과 더불어 롤러(100)의 상부에 영구자석부(400)이 추가로 구비됨으로써, 롤러(100)의 반경방향 및 축방향의 부하를 지지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 전류가 흐르지 않는 동안에도 롤러(100)의 자중을 지지할 수 있음에 따라 롤러(100)의 흔들림 오차를 최소화시킬 수 있는 효과가 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기베어링 및 영구자석부가 구비된 롤러모듈에 관한 것이다.
