Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a drone mobile base station device for disasters and a method for providing the same, and to: a device providing a communication environment to a disaster scene, in which communication is impossible, through a mobile base station device for disasters, using a drone, so as to enable real-time communication between field agents dispatched to the disaster scene and an organization managing the disaster, thereby increasing scene responsiveness of the field agents and minimizing loss of lives and property damage, which can both occur in the disaster scene; and an operating method therefor.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de station de base mobile de drone destiné à gérer des catastrophes et un procédé destiné à la fourniture de ce dernier, et : un dispositif fournissant un environnement de communication à une scène de catastrophe, dans laquelle la communication est impossible, au moyen d’un dispositif de station de base mobile destiné à gérer des catastrophes, à l'aide d'un drone, de manière à permettre une communication en temps réel entre des agents sur le terrain affectés à la scène de catastrophe et une organisation gérant le sinistre, ce qui permet d'augmenter la réactivité à la scène des agents sur le terrain et de réduire au minimum la perte de vies et les dommages aux propriétés, qui peuvent à la fois se produisent dans la scène de catastrophe ; et son procédé de fonctionnement.
(KO) 본 발명은 재난용 드론 이동 기지국 장치 및 그 제공 방법에 관한 것으로, 통신이 불가능한 재난현장에 드론을 이용한 재난용 이동 기지국 장치를 통해 통신환경을 제공하여, 재난현장에 파견된 현장요원과 재난을 통제하는 기관 간에 실시간으로 통신할 수 있도록 함으로써, 현장요원의 현장 대응력을 높이고, 재난현장에서 발생할 수 있는 인명피해 및 재산피해를 최소화할 수 있는 장치 및 그 동작 방법에 관한 것이다.
