Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for effectively delivering an active material into cells by using the photothermal effect of gold nanoparticles and, more specifically, to a method for delivering a material into cells, comprising the steps of: a) forming a complex of a material, to be delivered into cells, and a liposome; and b) treating the cells with the complex and gold nanoparticles and irradiating near infrared rays thereat. According to the present invention, in the delivery of a bioactive material into cells, remarkably high efficiency of material delivery into cells is exhibited in comparison with that of a conventional method using a liposome complex, and thus gene therapy efficiency can be increased by facilitating gene delivery into cells.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant d'administrer efficacement un matériau actif dans des cellules à l'aide de l'effet photothermique de nanoparticules d'or et, plus précisément, un procédé permettant d'administrer un matériau dans des cellules, comprenant les étapes consistant : a) à former un complexe d'un matériau, destiné à être administré dans des cellules, et d'un liposome; et b) à traiter les cellules avec le complexe et des nanoparticules d'or et à irradier des rayons du proche infrarouge au niveau de ces dernières. Selon la présente invention, lors de l'administration d'un matériau bioactif dans des cellules, une efficacité remarquablement élevée d'administration du matériau dans les cellules est présentée par rapport à celle d'un procédé conventionnel mettant en œuvre un complexe liposomal, et ainsi l'efficacité d'une thérapie génique peut être augmentée en facilitant l'administration de gène dans les cellules.
(KO) 본 발명은 금 나노입자의 광열효과를 이용하여 세포 내로 유용물질을 효율적으로 전달하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 a) 세포 내로 전달하고자 하는 물질과 리포좀의 복합체를 형성시키는 단계; 및 (b) 상기 복합체와 금 나노입자를 세포에 처리하고, 근적외선을 조사하는 단계를 포함하는 세포 내 물질 전달방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 세포 내에 생리활성물질을 전달하는데 있어서, 기존의 리포좀 복합체를 이용하는 방법보다 현저히 높은 세포내 물질전달 효율을 나타내므로, 세포내 유전자 전달을 용이하게 하여, 유전자 치료 효율을 높일 수 있다.
