(KO) 편원형 고분자 입자의 제조방법
Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for preparing an oblate polymer particle from a spherical polymer particle, the method comprising squeezing a polymer film including spherical polymer particles. Two third polymer sheets are used to uniformly deform the film. Compared with previously introduced technologies for preparing oblate polymer particles, the present invention allows more uniform oblate particles to be prepared and improves a yield rate thereof.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d’une particule de polymère aplatie à partir d’une particule de polymère sphérique, le procédé comprenant la compression d’un film de polymère comprenant des particules de polymère sphériques. Deux troisièmes feuilles de polymère sont utilisées pour déformer uniformément le film. Par rapport aux technologies précédemment introduites pour préparer des particules de polymère aplaties, la présente invention permet que des particules aplaties plus uniformes soient préparées et améliore un taux de rendement de celles-ci.
(KO) 본 발명은 구형의 고분자 입자로부터 편원형(oblate) 고분자 입자를 제조하는 방법으로서, 구형의 고분자 입자가 들어있는 고분자 필름을 압착(squeezing)하는 방법이다. 필름의 균일한 변형을 위해 두 개의 제 3 고분자 시트를 이용하였다. 본 발명은 이전에 소개된 편원형 고분자 입자를 제조하는 기술들에 비해 균일한 편원형 입자를 제조할 수 있으며, 수득률도 향상되었다.
