Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a micro-fluid chip for blood vessel formation. The micro-fluid chip of the present invention is constituted by first to fifth channels arranged adjacent to one another on a substrate in sequence, and two or more micro-structures or micro-posts having a gap therebetween are disposed on the interface that each channel forms together with an adjacent channel while contacting the same. Each channel performs a fluidic interaction with a different channel through the gap formed by the micro-structures, and biochemical materials can move therethrough. The micro-fluid chip, according to the present invention, provides a micro-blood vessel having a flat and continuous blood vessel interface outside a body. Furthermore, cancer angiogenesis, cancer intravasation, and cancer extravasation can be modeled using the micro-fluid chip of the present invention. In addition, the micro-fluid chip of the present invention can be used to screen candidate anti-cancer drugs.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une puce micro-fluidique pour la formation de vaisseaux sanguins. La puce micro-fluidique selon la présente invention est constitué par des premier à cinquième canaux agencés les uns à côté des autres sur un substrat en séquence, et deux micro-structures ou micro-plots ou plus ayant un espace entre ces derniers sont disposés sur l'interface que chaque canal forme conjointement avec un canal adjacent tout en étant en contact avec ces derniers. Chaque canal effectue une interaction fluidique avec un canal différent à travers l'espace formé par les micro-structures, et des matières biochimiques peuvent se déplacer à travers ce dernier. La puce micro-fluidique, selon la présente invention, fournit un micro-vaisseau sanguin ayant une interface de vaisseau sanguin plate et continue à l'extérieur d'un corps. En outre, une angiogenèse de cancer, une intravasation de cancer, et une extravasation de cancer peuvent être modélisées à l'aide de la puce micro-fluidique selon la présente invention. De plus, la puce micro-fluidique selon la présente invention peut être utilisée pour identifier des médicaments anti-cancéreux candidats.
(KO) 본 발명은 혈관형성을 위한 미세유체칩에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 미세유체칩은, 기판 위에 일련의 순서로 인접하도록 배치된 제 1채널, 제 2 채널, 제 3 채널, 제 4채널, 및 제 5채널로 구성되며, 각 채널이 인접하는 채널과 접하여 형성하는 경계면 상에 그 사이에 간극(gap)이 있는 2개 이상의 미세구조물 또는 마이크로포스트가 배치된다. 각 채널들은 미세구조물이 형성하는 간극을 통해 다른 채널과 유체 상호작용하며 생화학물질이 이동할 수 있다. 본 발명에 따른 미세유체칩은 생체 외에서 평활하고 연속적인 혈관 경계면을 갖는 미세혈관을 제공한다. 또한, 본 발명의 미세유체칩은 이를 이용하여 암 혈관신생, 암 혈관내유입, 및 암 혈관외유출을 모델링 할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 미세유체칩은 항암제 약물 후보물질을 스크리닝 하는데 이용될 수 있다.
