Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a side crosshead engine. More particularly, the present invention relates to a side crosshead engine wherein a side crosshead type, in which the cylinder head is positioned between the piston and the crankcase, is applied such that energy loss resulting from the weight and the frictional force is reduced, the efficiency can be improved while reducing the manufacturing cost, and impurities can be effectively discharged from the internal combustion chamber; the position of the cylinder head is lowered, thereby facilitating maintenance and replacement of parts; the combustion chamber of the cylinder head and the crankcase are completely separated, thereby removing the danger of fire or explosion; the stroke ratio and the compression ratio can be easily adjusted, and, through a full load, operation is made possible using a lightweight material; the piston moves in the downward direction such that the remaining carbon deposit is substantially reduced, and reprocessing of remaining lubricant is unnecessary; the piston stays at the top dead point for an increased time with the aid of the angle of the crankshaft such that, by securing a sufficient time for the piston to receive force during explosion, the efficiency of the engine is improved, and the exhaust is reduced; valves can be closed with the aid of gravity such that springs for opening/closing the valves are minimized or become unnecessary; cooling water and lubricant can be effectively supplied into the piston; and the stroke length and the extrusion ratio can be varied.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un moteur à crosse latérale. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne un moteur à crosse latérale auquel un type de crosse latérale, dans laquelle la culasse de cylindre est positionnée entre le piston et le carter, est appliqué, de sorte que la perte d'énergie résultant du poids et de la force de friction soit réduite, que l'efficacité puisse être améliorée tout en réduisant le coût de fabrication et que les impuretés puissent être efficacement évacuées de la chambre de combustion interne; la position de la culasse de cylindre est abaissée, facilitant ainsi la maintenance et le remplacement des pièces; la chambre de combustion de la culasse de cylindre et le carter sont totalement séparés, éliminant ainsi le danger d'incendie ou d'explosion; le rapport de la course et le rapport de compression peuvent être facilement ajustés et, par une charge totale, le fonctionnement est permis à l'aide d'un matériau léger; le piston se déplace vers le bas de sorte que le dépôt de carbone restant soit sensiblement réduit et que le retraitement du lubrifiant restant ne soit pas nécessaire; le piston reste au point mort haut pendant une période prolongée à l'aide de l'angle du carter de sorte que, en assurant une période suffisante pour que le piston reçoive une force pendant l'explosion, l'efficacité du moteur soit accrue et l'échappement soit réduit; les soupapes peuvent être fermées à l'aide de la gravité, de sorte que des ressorts pour ouvrir/fermer les soupapes soient réduits au minimum ou deviennent inutiles; l'eau de refroidissement et le lubrifiant peuvent être alimentés efficacement dans le piston; et la longueur de course et le rapport d'extrusion peuvent être modifiés.
(KO) 본 발명은 사이드 크로스헤드 엔진에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는 실린더 헤드가 피스톤과 크랭크 케이스 사이에 위치하는 사이드 크로스헤드 방식을 적용함 으로써 중량과 마찰력에 의한 에너지 손실을 감소시키고 제작비를 줄이면서도 효율 을 향상시킬 수 있고, 내부 연소실의 불순물들을 효과적으로 배기할 수 있으며, 실린더 헤드의 위치가 낮아져 부품의 보수와 교체가 용이하고, 실린더 헤드의 연소실과 크랭크 케이스가 완전히 분리되어 화재나 폭발의 위험이 없으며, 스트로크 비율과 압축비 조절이 용이하고 풀 로드를 통해 경량의 소재로 운행이 가능하며, 피스톤이 아래 방향으로 움직이므로 잔류 카본 퇴적물이 격감하고 잔류 윤활유의 재처리가 불필요할 뿐만 아니라, 크랭크 축의 각도의 도움으로 피스톤이 상사점에 머무는 시간이 증가하므로 폭발시 피스톤이 힘을 받을 시간을 충분히 확보하여 엔진의 효율성이 향상되고 매연이 감소하고, 중력의 도움으로 밸브가 닫힐 수 있어 밸브 개폐용 스프링이 최소화되거나 불필요하고, 피스톤 내부에 냉각수와 윤활유를 효율적으로 공급할 수 있으며, 스토로크 길이와 압출비율을 가변시킬 수 있는 사이드 크로스헤드 엔진에 관한 것이다.
