Abstract:
(EN) This method for manufacturing a spunbond nonwoven fabric is a method in which a continuous fiber group discharged from a spinneret is thinned and drawn by a rectangular ejector and gathered into the form of a nonwoven fabric, wherein the method for manufacturing a spunbond nonwoven fabric is characterized in that: an ejection port portion of the rectangular ejector is provided with a pair of slit width restricting parts, which face each other in continuation in the long-side direction of the ejection port; at least one of the slit width restricting parts is a slit width restricting member comprising an integrated item continuous in the long-side direction of the ejection port; a plurality of minute deformation means for causing the slit width restricting member to minutely deform are disposed in the long-side direction of the slit width restricting member; the basis weight distribution in the width direction of the nonwoven fabric gathered in advance is measured; the slit width restricting member is caused by the minute deformation means to partially minutely deform on the basis of the resulting measurement value; and the slit width of the ejection port is partially varied by the minute deformation to adjust the basis weight distribution.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un non-tissé filé-lié, qui est un procédé dans lequel un groupe de fibres continues évacué d'une filière est aminci et étiré par un éjecteur rectangulaire et rassemblé sous la forme d'un non-tissé, le procédé de fabrication d'un non-tissé filé-lié étant caractérisé par le fait : qu'une partie d'orifice d'éjection de l'éjecteur rectangulaire comprend une paire de parties de limitation de largeur de fente, qui se font mutuellement face dans le prolongement de la direction de côté long de l'orifice d'éjection ; au moins une des parties de limitation de largeur de fente est un élément de limitation de largeur de fente comprenant un élément intégré continu dans la direction de côté long de l'orifice d'éjection ; une pluralité de moyens de déformation minutieuse, pour amener l'élément de limitation de largeur de fente à se déformer minutieusement, sont disposés dans la direction de côté long de l'élément de limitation de largeur de fente ; la répartition de poids de base dans la direction de largeur du non-tissé rassemblé à l'avance est mesurée ; l'élément de limitation de largeur de fente est amené, par les moyens de déformation minutieuse, à se déformer partiellement minutieusement sur la base de la valeur de mesure obtenue ; et la largeur de fente de l'orifice d'éjection est partiellement modifiée par la déformation minutieuse pour ajuster la répartition de poids de base.
(JA) 本発明のスパンボンド不織布の製造方法は、紡糸口金より吐出させた連続繊維群を矩形エジェクターにより細化延伸させ不織布状に捕集させるスパンボンド不織布の製造方法であって、矩形エジェクターの噴射口部分に、噴射口の長辺方向に連続し対向する一対のスリット幅規定部を有し、スリット幅規定部の少なくとも一方が噴射口の長辺方向に連続した一体物からなるスリット幅規定部材であり、スリット幅規定部材の長辺方向に、スリット幅規定部材を微少変形させる微少変形手段が複数配置されており、先行して捕集された不織布の幅方向の目付分布を測定し、その測定値に基づきスリット幅規定部材を微少変形手段により部分的に微少変形させ、その微少変形により噴射口のスリット幅を部分的に変動させて目付分布の調整を行うことを特徴とするスパンボンド不織布の製造方法である。
