Title: PHOTOSENSITIVE RESIN PRINTING PLATE PRECURSOR, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PRINTING PLATE
Abstract:
A photosensitive resin printing plate precursor having at least a support body and a photosensitive resin layer, wherein the photosensitive resin layer contains (A) a partially saponified polyvinyl acetate compound, (B) a polyamide having basic nitrogen, (C) a compound having an ethylenic double bond, and (D) a photopolymerization initiator. The photosensitive resin layer includes at least a bottom layer and a printing surface layer, and the photosensitive resin printing plate precursor has in the stated order the support body, the bottom layer, and the printing surface layer, and contains as the (A) partially saponified polyvinyl acetate compound a compound (A1) in the printing surface layer that has an average degree of polymerization of 1200-2600, and a compound (A2) in the bottom layer that has an average degree of polymerization of 400-800. Provided is a photosensitive resin printing plate precursor that has excellent printing durability while also having high water developability, rinsing properties for carving residue, and image reproducibility.
