Abstract:
(EN) A production method for an organopolysiloxane emulsion composition, wherein (I) an emulsion composition is prepared from an organopolysiloxane (A) that is represented by formula (1) and that has an octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane content of 1,000 ppm or less ((1) HO(R12SiO)nH, wherein R1 is H or a monovalent hydrocarbon group and n is a number that makes the viscosity, at 25℃, of the organopolysiloxane 200 mm2/s or more but less than 2,000 mm2/s), a surfactant (B) that is represented by formula (2) and that has an alkyl naphthalene skeleton ((2) R2a-C10H(7-a)-SO3M, wherein R2 is an alkyl group, M is H+, an alkali metal ion, an alkali earth metal ion, NH4+, or a tertiary NH4+, and m is 1-3), and water (C-1), and wherein (II) water (C-2) is added as necessary and then emulsion polymerization is performed in the presence of an acid catalyst (D). The organopolysiloxane produced has a viscosity of 300,000 mPa∙s or higher at 25℃ and has an octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane content of 3,000 ppm or less. The particle size of the emulsion is 500 nm or less.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d’une composition d’émulsion d’organopolysiloxane, dans lequel (I) une composition d’émulsion est préparée à partir d’un organopolysiloxane (A) qui est représenté par la formule (1) et qui présente une teneur en octaméthylcyclotétrasiloxane de 1 000 ppm ou moins ((1) HO(R1 2SiO)nH, où R1 est H ou un groupe hydrocarbure monovalent et n est un nombre qui rend la viscosité, à 25°C, de l’organopolysiloxane de 200 mm2/s ou plus mais inférieure à 2 000 mm2/s), un tensioactif (B) qui est représenté par la formule (2) et qui présente un squelette alkyle naphtalène ((2) R2 a-C10H(7-a)-SO3M, où R2 est un groupe alkyle, M est H+, un ion métallique alcalin, un ion de métal alcalino-terreux, NH4 +, ou NH4 + tertiaire, et m à la valeur de 1 à 3), de l’eau (C-1), et où (II) de l’eau (C-2) est ajoutée au besoin et ensuite une polymérisation en émulsion en présence d’un catalyseur acide est effectuée (D). L’organopolysiloxane produit présente une viscosité de 300 000 mPa•s ou plus à 25℃ et présente une teneur en octaméthylcyclotétrasiloxane de 3 000 ppm ou moins. La taille de particule de l’émulsion est de 500 nm ou moins.
