Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a zirconia sintered body utilizing the coloring of cerium oxide to produce a bright red. The zirconia sintered body is characterized by including at least 0.5 mol% to less than 4 mol% of cerium oxides as calculated for CeO2, at least 2 mol% to less than 6 mol% of yttria, at least 0.1 wt% to less than 2 wt% of aluminum oxides and a balance of zirconia, the cerium oxides including trivalent cerium, and the crystal structure of the zirconia including tetragons.
(FR) L'invention concerne un corps fritté contenant de la zircone utilisant la coloration d'oxyde de cérium pour produire un rouge lumineux. Le corps fritté contenant de la zircone est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins 0,5 % en moles jusqu'à moins de 4 % en moles d'oxydes de cérium tel que calculé pour CeO2, au moins 2 % en moles jusqu'à moins de 6 % en moles d'oxyde d'yttrium, au moins 0,1 % en poids jusqu'à moins de 2 % en poids d'oxydes d'aluminium, et le reste étant de la zircone, les oxydes de cérium comprenant du cérium trivalent, et la structure cristalline de la zircone comprenant des tétragones.
(JA) 酸化セリウムの発色を利用したジルコニア焼結体であって、鮮やかな赤色を呈するジルコニア焼結体を提供する。CeO換算で0.5mol%以上4mol%未満のセリウム酸化物、2mol%以上6mol%未満のイットリア、0.1重量%以上2重量%未満のアルミニウム酸化物、及び残部がジルコニアであり、該セリウム酸化物が三価セリウムを含み、なおかつ、該ジルコニアの結晶構造が正方晶を含むことを特徴とするジルコニア焼結体。
