Abstract:
(EN) A shock-absorbing member comprises a polyurethane foam body with a skin, the polyurethane foam body with a skin being provided with a foam layer and a skin layer formed on the surface of the foam layer. The polyurethane foam body with a skin contains essentially no silicon compounds. The foam layer is a polyurethane foam body obtained by reacting an isocyanate foam component and an active-hydrogen-group-containing foam component. The skin layer is a polyurethane resin layer obtained by reacting an isocyanate skin component including an aliphatic polyisocyanate and/or an alicyclic polyisocyanate with an active-hydrogen-group-containing skin component. The storage elastic modulus (E’coat) of the skin layer at 23°C is 1×107 Pa to 3×108 Pa. The storage elastic modulus (E’foam) of the foam layer at 23°C is 1×105 Pa to 5×106 Pa. The ratio (E’coat/E’foam) of the storage elastic modulus (E’coat) of the skin layer at 23°C to the storage elastic modulus (E’foam) of the foam layer at 23°C is 10-500.
(FR) L'invention concerne un élément antichoc comprenant un corps en mousse de polyuréthane pourvu d'une enveloppe, ledit corps comprenant une couche de mousse et une couche d'enveloppe formée sur la surface de la couche de mousse. Le corps en mousse de polyuréthane pourvu d'une enveloppe ne contient sensiblement pas de composés de silicium. La couche de mousse est un corps en mousse de polyuréthane obtenu par mise en réaction d'un composant de mousse isocyanate et d'un composant de mousse contenant un groupe hydrogène actif. La couche d'enveloppe est une couche de résine de polyuréthane obtenue par mise en réaction d'un composant d'enveloppe isocyanate contenant un polyisocyanate aliphatique et/ou un polyisocyanate alicyclique avec un composant d'enveloppe contenant un groupe hydrogène actif. Le module élastique de stockage (E'coat) de la couche d'enveloppe à 23 °C est de 1×107 Pa à 3×108 Pa. Le module élastique de stockage (E'foam) de la couche de mousse à 23 °C est de 1×105 Pa à 5×106 Pa. Le rapport (E'coat/E'foam) module élastique de stockage (E'coat) de la couche d'enveloppe à 23 °C - module élastique de stockage (E'foam) de la couche de mousse à 23 °C est de 10 à 500.
