Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a porous film having excellent surface smoothness and a method for producing the same. The surface roughness of a porous film of polyvinylidene fluoride, polyether sulfone, polyimide and/or polyamide-imide is Ra 30,000Å or less. The opening diameter of the porous film is preferably from 100 nm to 5000 nm. The method for producing a porous film preferably includes a step for kneading a varnish containing fine particles and at least one resin selected from the group consisting of polyvinylidene fluoride, polyether sulfone, polyamic acid, polyimide, polyamide-imide precursor, and polyamide-imide. The varnish preferably has a viscosity at 25°C of 0.1-3 Pa・s, a solids fraction concentration of 10-50 mass%, and a fine particle average particle size of 10-5000 nm.
(FR) L'invention concerne un film poreux ayant une remarquable surface lisse et son procédé de production. La rugosité de surface d'un film poreux en poly(fluorure de vinylidène), polyéther sulfone, polyimide et/ou polyamide-imide est de Ra 30 000 Å ou moins. Le diamètre d'ouverture du film poreux est de préférence de 100 à 5000 nm. Le procédé de production du film poreux selon l'invention comprend de préférence une étape de malaxage d'un vernis contenant de fines particules et d'au moins une résine choisie dans le groupe constitué par le poly(fluorure de vinylidène), la polyéther sulfone, l'acide polyamique, le polyimide, un précurseur de polyamide-imide, et le polyamide-imide. Le vernis a de préférence une viscosité à 25°C de 0,1 à 3 Pa・s, une concentration de fractions solides de 10 à 50 % en poids, et une taille de particule moyenne de particules fines de 10 à 5000 nm.
(JA) 表面の平滑性に優れた多孔質膜及びその製造方法を提供する。 ポリフッ化ビニリデン、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリイミド及び/又はポリアミドイミドの多孔質膜の表面粗さをRa3万Å以下とする。多孔質膜の開口直径は100nm~5000nmが好ましい。多孔質膜の製造方法は、微粒子とポリフッ化ビニリデン、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリアミド酸、ポリイミド、ポリアミドイミド前駆体及びポリアミドイミドよりなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの樹脂とを含有するワニスを混練する工程を含むのが好ましい。ワニスは、25℃における粘度が0.1~3Pa・s、固形分濃度が10~50質量%、微粒子の平均粒子径が10~5000nmであるのが好ましい。
