Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a substrate connection structure that can be realized in a more reduced thickness. An electrical connector (11) of a connector unit (2) is provided with: a housing (22) secured to an LED substrate (10); contacts (21); and reinforcing tabs (23). The housing (22) includes: a bottom wall main body (36) that is disposed surrounding a cutout portion (18) of the LED substrate (10); and supported sections (37) that are disposed on the ends of the bottom wall main body (36) in the width direction (X1) and are supported by a second side surface (16) of the LED substrate (10). The reinforcing tabs (23) each include: a first securing section (45) secured to the bottom wall main body (36); an extending section (46) extending from the first securing section (45) along the width direction (X1) so as to separate from the first securing section (45); and a second securing section (47) formed on the end of the extending section (46), disposed in alignment with the supported section (37) in the length direction (Y1), and secured to the second side surface (16) in a mounting section (19).
(FR) L’invention fournit une structure de connexion de substrat permettant de réaliser un amincissement supplémentaire. Un connecteur électrique (11) d’une unité de connecteur (2) possède un logement (22) fixé sur un substrat de DEL (10), un contact (21) et une languette de renforcement (23). Le logement (22) contient : un corps principal de paroi de fond (36) disposé à la périphérie d’une partie encoche (18) du substrat de DEL (10) ; et une partie réception (37) disposée sur une partie extrémité du corps principal de paroi de fond (36) dans la direction latérale (X1), et reçue par une seconde face latérale (16) du substrat de DEL (10). La languette de renforcement (23) contient : une première partie fixation (45) fixée sur le corps principal de paroi de fond (36) ; une partie prolongement (46) qui se prolonge à partir de la première partie fixation (45) suivant la direction latérale (X1) de manière à s’éloigner de la première partie fixation (45) ; et une seconde partie fixation (47) qui tout en étant formée sur une extrémité avant de la partie prolongement (46), est disposée en alignement dans une direction longueur (Y1) par rapport à la partie réception (37), et qui est fixée sur la seconde face latérale (16) d’une partie montage (19).
