Abstract:
(EN) This glass tube production method involves: (1) a step in which a tube-shaped glass starting material is prepared; (2) a step in which the main surface on the outer side of the glass starting material is irradiated with a laser, thereby forming, in the outer side main surface, an in-surface void region in which a plurality of voids are arranged in a line, and forming, from the in-surface void region toward the main surface on the inner side of the glass starting material, a plurality of internal void rows in which one or more voids are arranged in a line; and (3) a step in which the glass starting material having the internal void rows formed therein is subjected to chemical strengthening.
(FR) Cette invention concerne un procédé de production d'un tube en verre comprenant : (1) une étape de préparation d'un matériau de départ en verre sous forme de tube ; (2) une étape d'exposition de la surface principale côté extérieur du matériau de départ en verre à un laser, pour former ainsi dans la surface principale côté extérieur, une région de vides en surface comportant une pluralité de vides alignés, et former depuis la région de vides en surface en direction de la surface principale côté intérieur du matériau de départ en verre, une pluralité de rangées de vides internes constituées d'un ou de plusieurs vides alignés ; et (3) une étape de soumission du matériau de départ en verre portant les rangées de vides internes qui y ont été formées à un renforcement chimique.
