Abstract:
(EN) A method for manufacturing a glass plate, said method comprising: (1) a step for preparing a glass material which has a first main surface and a second main surface, said main surfaces opposing each other; (2) a step for laser-irradiating the first main surface of the glass material so that an in-plane void area, wherein a plurality of voids are aligned, is formed in the first main surface and, at the same time, a plurality of inner void rows consisting of one or more aligned voids are formed from the in-plane void area toward the second main surface; and (3) a step for subjecting the glass material, in which the inner void rows are formed, to a chemical strengthening treatment.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une plaque de verre, ledit procédé comprenant : (1) une étape de préparation d'un matériau de verre comportant une première surface principale et une deuxième surface principale, lesdites surfaces étant opposées l'une à l'autre; (2) une étape d'irradiation laser de la première surface principale du matériau de verre, de sorte qu'une zone de vides dans le plan, dans laquelle sont alignés une pluralité de vides, soit formée dans la première surface principale et, dans le même temps, qu'une pluralité de rangées de vides internes constituées d'au moins un vide aligné soit formée à partir de la zone de vides dans le plan en direction de la deuxième surface principale ; et (3) une étape consistant à soumettre le matériau de verre, dans lequel sont formées les rangées de vides internes, à un traitement de renforcement chimique.
