Abstract:
A compound having structure is an acyl-CoA activation catalyst capable of binding to a target acylation domain. An artificial catalyst system capable of acylating a chromosomal protein with high selectivity can be established successfully by utilizing a combination of the compound with acyl-CoA or a derivative thereof. (R represents an arbitrary molecule capable of binding to a target acylation domain.)
