(EN) This communication device is provided with: a control unit which controls the output from a reverse power flow power supply which generates electric power for implementing reverse power flow from a facility to a power system; and a transmission unit which transmits, to a management server which transmits a power instruction message, reverse power flow power supply information concerning the reverse power flow power supply.
(FR) Ce dispositif de communication est muni : d'une unité de commande qui commande la sortie provenant d'une alimentation électrique à transit de puissance inversé qui génère de l'énergie électrique permettant de mettre en œuvre un transit de puissance inversé d'un équipement à un système électrique ; et d'une unité de transmission qui transmet, à un serveur de gestion qui transmet un message d'instruction de puissance, les informations d'alimentation électrique à transit de puissance inversé concernant l'alimentation électrique à transit de puissance inversé.
