Abstract:
(EN) Provided are an Al-containing ferritic stainless steel sheet provided with sulfidation corrosion resistance without dependence on surface treatment of coating or plating, or Al addition of 3% or more, and a method for manufacturing same. This Al-containing ferritic stainless steel is characterized in containing, in terms of mass%, C: 0.03% or less, Si: 2% or less, Mn: 2% or less, Cr: 13-21%, P: 0.05% or less, S: 0.01% or less, Al: 1.5-2.5%, Ti: 0.03-0.5%, N: 0.03% or less, Mg: 0.0005-0.01%, and the remainder being Fe and unavoidable impurities, and having a surface film with a thickness of 100 nm or less, the composition of the surface film being Al > 60 at%, Cr < 10 at%, Fe < 10 at%, 0.5 at% < Mg < 5 at%, based on the at% ratio of cations only other than C, O, and N.
(FR) L'invention concerne une tôle d'acier inoxydable ferritique contenant de l'Al pourvue d'une résistance à la corrosion par sulfuration sans dépendre d'un traitement de surface de revêtement ou de placage ou d'addition d'Al de 3 % ou plus, et un procédé pour sa fabrication. Cet acier inoxydable ferritique contenant de l'Al est caractérisé en ce qu'il contient, en termes de % en masse, C : 0,03 % ou moins, Si : 2 % ou moins, Mn : 2 % ou moins, Cr : 13-21 %, P : 0,05 % ou moins, S : 0,01 % ou moins, Al : 1,5 à 2,5 %, Ti : 0,03-0,5 %, N : 0,03 % ou moins, Mg: 0,0005-0,01 % et le reste étant du Fe et des impuretés inévitables, et il présente un film de surface d'une épaisseur de 100 nm ou moins, la composition du film de surface étant Al > 60 % en atome, Cr < 10 % en atome, Fe < 10 % en atome, 0,5 % en atome < Mg < 5 % en atome, sur base du rapport de % atomique de cations uniquement autres que C, O et N.
(JA) コーティングやメッキの表面処理や3%以上のAl添加によらず耐硫化腐食性を具備したAl含有フェライト系ステンレス鋼板およびその製造方法を提供する。本発明のAl含有フェライト系ステンレス鋼は、質量%で、C:0.03%以下、Si:2%以下、Mn:2%以下、Cr:13~21%、P:0.05%以下、S:0.01%以下、Al:1.5~2.5%、Ti:0.03~0.5%、N:0.03%以下、Mg:0.0005~0.01%を含み、残部がFeおよび不可避的不純物からなり、膜厚100nm以下の表面被膜を有し、表面被膜の組成が、C、OおよびNを除いた原子%のカチオンのみの割合で、Al>60原子%、Cr<10原子%、Fe<10原子%、0.5原子<Mg<5原子%であることを特徴とする。
