Abstract
(EN) A reinforcing fiber substrate in which a plurality of thermally bonding binders are disposed on a surface thereof, the total area of thermally bonding binders having a projected area equivalent circle diameter less than 300 times the average diameter of reinforcing fibers constituting the reinforcing fiber substrate is 10% or less of the total area of the thermally bonding fibers disposed on the surface. The reinforcing fiber substrate imparts excellent shape retention and matrix resin impregnating ability to a shaping fabric for RTM.
(FR) L'invention concerne un substrat de fibre de renfort dans lequel une pluralité de liants de liaison thermique sont disposés sur une surface dudit substrat, la zone totale des liants de liaison thermique ayant un diamètre de cercle équivalent de zone projetée inférieur à 300 fois le diamètre moyen de fibres de renfort constituant le substrat de fibre de renfort représentant 10 % ou moins de la zone totale des fibres de liaison thermique disposées sur la surface. Le substrat de fibre de renfort confère une excellente rétention de forme et une excellente aptitude à l'imprégnation de résine en matrice à un tissu de mise en forme pour le moulage par transfert de résine.
(JA) 表面に熱融着性バインダーが複数配置された強化繊維基材であって、該強化繊維基材を構成する強化繊維の平均直径の300倍未満の投影面積円相当径を有する熱融着性バインダーの面積の合計が、該表面に配置された熱融着性バインダーの総面積に対して10%以下である。該強化繊維基材は、RTM用賦形布帛に優れた形状保持性とマトリックス樹脂含浸性とを付与するとともに、優れた生産性を有する。
