Abstract:
(EN) A diamond anvil cell is characterized by having a diamond indenter 10 and a diamond substrate 30 to which is provided an electrode pattern 32 in which a sample to be measured is placed, the electrode pattern 32 being provided to the diamond substrate 30 by a boron-doped diamond thin film. It is thereby possible to provide a diamond anvil cell in which it is possible to attach a sample to be measured inside the diamond anvil cell, which is a very small space, and to easily measure electrical properties.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une cellule à enclumes de diamant qui est caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un poinçon de diamant 10 et un substrat de diamant 30 qui est pourvu d'un motif d'électrode 32 dans lequel un échantillon à mesurer est placé, le motif d'électrode 32 étant disposé sur le substrat de diamant 30 par une couche mince de diamant dopé au bore. Par conséquent, il est possible de fournir une cellule à enclumes de diamant dans laquelle il est possible de fixer un échantillon à mesurer à l'intérieur de la cellule à enclumes de diamant, qui est un espace très petit, et de mesurer aisément des propriétés électriques.
(JA) ダイヤモンドアンビルセルは、ダイヤモンド製圧子10と、被測定試料が置かれる電極パターン32が設けられたダイヤモンド基板30とを有し、電極パターン32はホウ素ドープダイヤモンド薄膜によりダイヤモンド基板30に設けられたことを特徴とする。これにより、微小空間であるダイヤモンドアンビルセル内に被測定試料を取り付けて、電気的物性が容易に測定できるダイヤモンドアンビルセルを提供すること可能となる。
