Abstract:
(EN) This method for producing a liquid crystal panel is a method for producing a liquid crystal panel having a non-rectangular outline, the method being provided with: a grinding step in which a common liquid crystal panel, which has a liquid crystal layer, a pair of substrates which sandwich the liquid crystal layer while facing each other, and a frame-shaped sealing material that fixes the substrates together in a form so as to be sandwiched between the pair of substrates and surrounds the liquid crystal layer to seal the liquid crystal layer, is grinded along a processing line following the outline such that a section of the sealing material is removed while the remaining section of the sealing material is saved, and sealing material removal processing end sections comprising end sections of the pair of substrates having removed the section of sealing material such that the liquid crystal layer is exposed are formed on the common liquid crystal panel; and a sealing step in which a sealing resin is applied to the sealing material removal processing end sections in order to seal the liquid crystal layer together with the remaining section of the sealing material while closing the space between the ends of the pair of substrates.
(FR) Le procédé de fabrication de panneaux à cristaux liquides de l’invention consiste en un procédé de fabrication pour des panneaux à cristaux liquides possédant un contour non rectangulaire, et comporte : une étape de meulage au cours de laquelle des panneaux à cristaux liquides communs qui possèdent une couche de cristaux liquides, une paire de substrats enserrant ladite couche de cristaux liquides et en opposition mutuelle, et un matériau d’étanchéité en forme de cadre qui tout en fixant entre eux lesdits substrats dans un état d’enserrement dans ladite paire de substrats, entoure et scelle ladite couche de cristaux liquides, sont meulés le long d’une ligne d’usinage suivant ledit contour de sorte qu’une partie dudit matériau d’étanchéité est retirée et une portion restante dudit matériau d’étanchéité est conservée, et une partie extrémité d’usinage de retrait de matériau d’étanchéité qui est constituée d’une partie extrémité de ladite paire de substrats dont une partie dudit matériau d’étanchéité est retirée de manière à exposer ladite couche de cristaux liquides, est formée sur lesdits panneaux à cristaux liquides communs ; et une étape de scellement au cours de laquelle l’espace entre les parties extrémité de ladite paire de substrats est fermé, et une résine de scellement est appliquée sur ladite partie extrémité d’usinage de retrait de matériau d’étanchéité afin de sceller ladite couche de cristaux liquides, en même temps que sur la portion restante dudit matériau de scellement.
(JA) 本発明の液晶パネルの製造方法は、非矩形状の輪郭を有する液晶パネルの製造方法であり、液晶層と、前記液晶層を挟みつつ互いに対向する一対の基板と、一対の前記基板の間で挟まれる形で前記基板同士を固定すると共に記液晶層を取り囲んで前記液晶層を封止する枠状のシール材とを有する共通液晶パネルが、前記シール材の一部が除去されつつ前記シール材の残りの部分が保存されるように前記輪郭に倣った加工線に沿って研削され、前記共通液晶パネルに、前記液晶層が露出するように前記シール材の一部が除去された一対の前記基板の端部からなるシール材除去加工端部が形成される研削工程と、一対の前記基板の端部間を塞ぎつつ前記シール材の残りの部分と共に、前記液晶層を封止するために前記シール材除去加工端部に封止樹脂が付与される封止工程と、を備える。
