Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a radar cover production method, the radar cover covering a radar unit for detecting the surrounding conditions of a vehicle, wherein a transparent layer having recessed sections is formed, fitting sections having protruding sections which are fitting in the recessed sections are formed, a photoluminescent film which is disposed between the protruding sections of the fitting sections and the recessed sections of the transparent layer and formed from a discontinuous photoluminescent film containing chrome is formed, and the transparent layer and the fitting sections are fixed in a state in which the photoluminescent layer is brought into direct contact with the inner surface of the recessed sections.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'une enceinte de recouvrement de radar recouvrant une unité de radar destinée à détecter les conditions environnantes d'un véhicule, une couche transparente comportant des parties renfoncées étant formée, des parties d'ajustement comportant des parties saillantes s'ajustant dans les parties renfoncées étant formées, un film photoluminescent disposé entre les parties saillantes des parties d'ajustement et les parties renfoncées de la couche transparente et formé à partir d'un film photoluminescent discontinu contenant du chrome étant formé, et la couche transparente et les parties d'ajustement étant fixées dans un état dans lequel la couche photoluminescente est mise en contact direct avec la surface interne des parties renfoncées.
