Abstract:
(EN) Provided is an aqueous resin composition for heat-resistant layers of lithium ion secondary batteries, which contains (A) a copolymer having a hydroxyl group, a self-condensable functional group and a structure represented by general formula (1), and (B) an aqueous medium, and which is characterized in that: the hydroxyl number of the copolymer (A) is within the range of 100-470; and the concentration of the self-condensable functional group is within the range of 0.1-2 mmol/g. This aqueous resin composition for heat-resistant layers of lithium ion secondary batteries enables the achievement of a heat-resistant layer which exhibits excellent adhesion to a porous body that constitutes a separator, and which has heat resistance at a level enough to prevent a short-circuit of a lithium ion secondary battery when heat is generated. (In the formula, R represents an alkyl group having 1-4 carbon atoms; and n represents an integer of 5-100.)
(FR) L'invention concerne une composition de résine aqueuse pour couches résistantes à la chaleur de piles rechargeables lithium-ion, qui contient (A) un copolymère comprenant un groupe hydroxyle, un groupe fonctionnel auto-condensable et une structure représentée par la formule générale (1), et (B) un milieu aqueux, et qui est caractérisée en ce que : le nombre d'hydroxyles du copolymère (A) est compris dans la plage de 100 à 470 ; et la concentration du groupe fonctionnel auto-condensable est comprise dans la plage de 0,1 à 2 mmol/g. Cette composition de résine aqueuse pour couches résistantes à la chaleur de piles rechargeables lithium-ion permet d'obtenir une couche résistante à la chaleur qui présente une excellente adhérence à un corps poreux qui constitue un séparateur, et qui présente une résistance à la chaleur à un niveau suffisant pour empêcher un court-circuit d'une pile rechargeable lithium-ion lorsque de la chaleur est générée. (Dans la formule, R représente un groupe alkyle comprenant de 1 à 4 atomes de carbone ; et n représente un nombre entier de 5 à 100.)
(JA) 水酸基、自己縮合性官能基、及び下記一般式(1)で表される構造を有する共重合体(A)と、水性媒体(B)とを含有するリチウムイオン二次電池耐熱層用水性樹脂組成物であって、前記共重合体(A)の水酸基価が100~470の範囲であり、自己縮合性官能基濃度が0.1~2mmol/gの範囲であることを特徴とするリチウムイオン二次電池耐熱層用水性樹脂組成物を提供する。このリチウムイオン二次電池耐熱層用水性樹脂組成物は、セパレータを構成する多孔体との密着性に優れ、発熱の際にリチウムイオン二次電池の短絡(ショート)を防止可能なレベルの耐熱性を備えた耐熱層が得られる。 (式中、Rは炭素原子数1~4のアルキル基であり、nは5~100の整数である。)
