Abstract:
(EN) The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a phosphorus-containing copper powder that contains only a small amount of carbon and that has, by limiting the amount of oxygen to a relatively low level, an excellent volume resistivity even when having a small diameter; and a method for producing the phosphorus-containing copper powder. Provided are: a phosphorus-containing copper powder that contains phosphorus, wherein the ratio (amount of oxygen/ BET specific surface area) of the amount of oxygen (wt%) to the BET specific surface area (m2/g) is 0.90 wt%·g/m2 or less, a divalent copper compound is present on the surface of particles constituting the phosphorus-containing copper powder, the amount of carbon is 0.10 wt% or less, and D50 is 7.11 μm or less; and a technique pertaining to the phosphorus-containing copper powder.
(FR) La présente invention a pour but de fournir : une poudre de cuivre contenant du phosphore qui ne contienne qu'une faible quantité de carbone et qui présente, en limitant la quantité d'oxygène à un niveau relativement bas, une très bonne résistivité volumique, même quand elle est de petit diamètre ; un procédé de fabrication de ladite poudre de cuivre contenant du phosphore. L'invention concerne une poudre de cuivre contenant du phosphore, pour laquelle le rapport (quantité d'oxygène/surface spécifique BET) de la quantité d'oxygène en % en poids à la surface spécifique BET en m/g est de 0,90 % en poids · g/m2 ou moins, un composé de cuivre divalent est présent sur la surface des particules constituant la poudre de cuivre contenant du phosphore, la quantité de carbone est au plus de 0,10 % en poids et le D50 est au plus de 7,11 µm. L'invention concerne également une technique se rapportant à la poudre de cuivre contenant du phosphore.
(JA) 小径化しても酸素の量を比較的低く抑えることにより体積抵抗率を良好とし、かつ炭素量も少ないりん含有銅粉およびその製造方法を提供することを課題とする。りんを含有するりん含有銅粉であって、そのBET比表面積(m/g)に対する酸素量(wt%)の比(酸素量/BET比表面積)が0.90wt%・g/m以下であり、りん含有銅粉を構成する粒子の表面に二価の銅化合物が存在し、炭素量が0.10wt%以下であり、D50が7.11μm以下であるりん含有銅粉およびそれに関する技術を提供する。
