Abstract:
(EN) This component supply device (11) is provided with a component housing container (15) having a conveying track (33) which is formed along a peripheral wall thereof and extends from a bottom surface toward an upper section in a spiral shape, and a vibrating device (13) which imparts torsional vibration to a movable block (19). An annular sealing member attachment part (27), having an annular sealing member (29) attached thereto and a suction hole (19b) which opens on the inside of the sealing member attachment part (27), is formed on an upper surface (19a) of the movable block (19), and an annular sealing member contact surface (41) is formed on a bottom section of the component housing container (15). While the sealing member (29) is brought into contact with the sealing member contact surface (41), suctioning is carried out through the suction hole (19b) to allow the lower surface of the component housing container (15) to be vacuum suctioned, so that the component housing container (15) is mounted on the movable block (19).
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de distribution d'éléments (11) qui comprend un récipient de logement d'éléments (15) ayant une piste de transport (33), qui est formée le long d'une paroi périphérique de celui-ci et qui s'étend d'une surface inférieure vers une section supérieure sous une forme de spirale, et un dispositif de vibration (13), qui confère une vibration de torsion à un bloc mobile (19). Une partie de fixation d'élément d'étanchéité annulaire (27), ayant un élément d'étanchéité annulaire (29) fixé à celui-ci et un trou d'aspiration (19b), qui s'ouvre sur l'intérieur de la partie de fixation d'élément d'étanchéité (27), est formée sur une surface supérieure (19a) du bloc mobile (19), et une surface de contact d'élément d'étanchéité annulaire (41) est formée sur une section inférieure du récipient de logement d'éléments (15). Alors que l'élément d'étanchéité (29) est amené en contact avec la surface de contact d'élément d'étanchéité (41), l'aspiration est effectuée par le trou d'aspiration (19b) pour permettre à la surface inférieure du récipient de logement d'éléments (15) d'être aspirée sous vide, de telle sorte que le récipient de logement d'éléments (15) est monté sur le bloc mobile (19).
